Our fees are structured around two tiers of practitioner experience.

As they are not yet fully registered, a Medicare rebate is not available for their sessions; the reduced fee keeps care affordable.
Fees effective 1 July 2026, and confirmed at the time of booking. Medicare rebates are set by the Department of Health and adjusted periodically. Fees reviewed annually.
Medicare
Patients with a Mental Health Care Plan are eligible to a Medicare rebate for a maximum of ten sessions per calendar year (review by referring doctor is required after 6 sessions).
Private health
Rebates are available through most private health funds with appropriate cover. Specific rebate amounts vary by fund — please check with yours.
NDIS
The Moore Centre accepts self-managed NDIS clients. Please advise us ahead of booking an appointment if you are plan-managed NDIS clients. We cannot always accept plan-managed clients. We do not currently accept NDIA-managed clients.
Financial hardship
A small number of reduced-fee places are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please raise this in your enquiry and we will respond honestly about availability.
GST
Psychological therapy services provided by a registered psychologist are GST-free. Reports and letters written for third parties attract fees with GST included.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is enforced and is important to know. Cancellations with less than two full business days' notice attract a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session fee. Cancellations on the day or non-attendance attract the full session fee. Medicare does not rebate cancellation fees. Please ask our admin team if you have any questions regarding this policy.
